Dr. Kathy offers a no-charge consultation to discuss your health concerns. Please allow 45 minutes for your first visit. Your first visit may entail some or all of the following:
- Consultation: After reviewing your health history, Dr. Kathy will meet with you to determine if chiropractic care may be beneficial. If your condition is one which chiropractic may help, an initial examination will be performed.
- Physical exam: After the consultation, she will perform a physical exam which may include a postural evaluation, neurological and orthopedic testing, and range of motion measurements.
- X-rays: X-rays of your spine may be taken depending on the consultation and examination findings.
- Chiropractic Spinal Adjustment: If you are in acute pain, a chiropractic spinal adjustment may be performed during your first visit.
- Report of Findings: A 30-minute report of findings will be scheduled to discuss the results of the exam, view x-rays (if taken), and plan future chiropractic care. It is also a good time to ask questions about chiropractic care and other ways to improve your health.
